3/5 : Good used condition - normal wear, buckles are scratched up but work fine, liners are in good shape. On the left boot, the top buckle's lock catch is slightly bent and the spring seems broken, doesn't stay down over the buckle. Works fine but sticks out 1in or so. Please see photos for details!
