X-8 SC Cross Country Ski Boots. The Rossignol X-8 SC Cross Country Ski Boots is combination boot designed for fitness-oriented skiers and dual discipline racers.

Featuring trickle down race technology form Rossignol's Worl Cup cross-country race room and the athlete inspired X-ium series, this boot is all about precision and power transfer. With a precise boot flex and fit, it provides just the right amount of stiffness for the very responsive feel without penalizing you with added weight. Polyester along with Wintherm technology offers a breathable micro- perforated membrane that reflects heat back towards your feet for incredible temperature regulation, comfort and most importantly warmth. Thermo-adjustable liners can be molded heat molded around your feet for a real customized fit for the ultimate in comfort.

A Sport sole features Tech Grip for comfortable walking and secure grip for those icy parking lot walks from the car to the trail network. Central insert cleats also provide maximum control and precision of your boot to ski synergy. It's all protected by Polyester lining that keeps snow and all of nature's elements out of the boot and is secured by a top Velcro strap that also gives you extra support and control.

Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL). The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot.

This number will be greater than your mondo boot size eg. A mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm. Please include the "mm" unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. For taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check. We do NOT set DIN levels.
