The Rossignol X8 Classic Cross-Country Ski Boot is a performance oriented cross-country boot for skiing in classic style. It is designed for fitness-oriented skiers and racers alike who want a boot that is well-rounded and excels in any condition. The X8 Classic features on and off-trail performance for skiers who want control and stability on both groomed and ungroomed terrain. Rossignol's External 3D Heel Counter adds additional support by keeping your heel locked down tight.

Polyester Insulation keeps you warm on cold days when you are fighting Mother Nature and all that she throws at you. A World Cup Speed Lacing System cinches down tight and stays that way all day.

No need to ever adjust again once you decide on your initial lacing preference. A neoprene cover zips up and over the lacings to add extra warmth and keep the snow out. Add in Rossignol's Thermo-Adjustable Fit which can be heated for true customization and you get a dialed fit that is just right. The sole of the X8 features Grip Tech Technology, allowing you to have maximum grip when walking and allows for precise control from the boot to the ski.

Ability Level: Intermediate to Advanced Skiers. To take advantage of this free mounting, you must provide your Boot Sole Length (BSL) by messaging us. If this is for a NORDIC ski, we just need your EU boot size in order to mount. Read below for more information on BSL.

Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL). The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch.

The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size eg. A mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm. Please include the "mm" unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size.
