It looks to be complete and includes a Halloween costume insert/brochure and all original order forms and envelopes... Cover has typical wear with creasing on spine and edge wear/creases.

Pages are a bit yellowed at the edges. It is 60 years old so it is not new but in good condition for its age. No mailing label on it. Featuring so many cool things at incredible prices!!!
